>>> LIST OF RE-ISSUED "HOMELAND RECOGNITION" CERTIFICATES (PHU THO: pp. 102-112)
The "Homeland's Recognition" certificate is a testament to the contributions of martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the resistance war, awarded by the State after consideration of eligibility. This is not only a recognition of the martyr's contributions to the building and protection of the Fatherland during both wartime and peacetime, but also a certificate establishing eligibility for benefits for the martyr's family members.
The re-issuance of the "Homeland's Recognition" Certificate is carried out in cases where the certificate is lost, has missing information due to faded lettering, or is damaged. Therefore, if one of the above cases applies, the family of the fallen soldier is entitled to a re-issue of the "Homeland's Recognition" Certificate.
