Specifically, the rainfall at some stations: Doan Ket (Doan Ket commune) 239.6mm; Van Mai (Van Mai commune) 230.8mm; Trung Thanh (Trung Thanh commune) 210.6mm; Tien Phong 3 (Yen Hoa commune) 193.8mm Tan Pheo (Tan Pheo commune) 183.6mm; Dong Ruong (Dong Ruong commune) 182.6mm; Yen Thuong (Thach Yen commune) 181.6mm; Cao Son (Tu Ly commune) 181.4mm; Ho Can Thuong (Tan Phong commune) 173.8mm; Tu Ly (Da Bac) 173.2mm... the remaining stations in the province range from (14.8-173.2)mm.

According to a quick report from communes, wards and units in the province, as of 7:00 a.m. on July 23, 19 houses had their roofs blown off; 4 houses had landslides. Communes and wards have evacuated 719 households living in areas at risk of landslides and flash floods to safe places. Damage to agriculture and forestry: Storms and rains have destroyed about 3,708m2 of corn and 720m2 of cassava ( Tam Son commune); flooded 5ha of rice (Ky Son ward); destroyed 2ha of corn and 2.5ha of green hemp (Duc Nhan commune). In addition, there was damage to irrigation and transportation in the communes of Minh Dai, Tien Phong, Tan Lac, Duc Nhan, Tam Son and Thai Hoa, with a total estimated damage of over 600 million VND.

To respond to and overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Command for Civil Defense, Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue, departments and branches have established delegations to inspect preparations for storm No. 3. Mobilizing forces to support households to evacuate to safe places and stabilize their accommodation. Hoa Binh Irrigation Works Exploitation Company has proactively mobilized materials and human resources to handle the landslide at the No. 3 overflow point.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province issued telegrams on urgently deploying emergency response to storm No. 3. The Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Civil Defense, Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue regularly updates and transmits weather and natural disaster warning information to communes and wards for proactive response.
