PVCFC spends more than 3 billion VND to award scholarships for the 2025-2026 school year

(Chinhphu.vn) - Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company - PVCFC (HOSE: DCM, Ca Mau Fertilizer) announced the "Golden Pearl" scholarship program for the 2025-2026 school year with a total budget of VND 3.36 billion. This is one of the typical social security programs, maintained by the company continuously for more than a decade, affirming its long-term commitment to accompany the national education cause.

This year, PVCFC's scholarship program continues to expand in both scale and depth. Of this amount, 1.035 billion VND is allocated to university students, prioritizing agriculture , oil and gas, and engineering – key sectors in the country's industrialization and modernization process.

Over 2.3 billion VND has been donated to students of all levels nationwide, supporting thousands of children in their journey to school. In particular, 4,000 school bags will also be given to primary school students as a meaningful start to the new school year.

Alongside the scholarships, PVCFC is also urgently completing many educational projects to be ready for use right from the beginning of the school year: Donating STEM classrooms to Lam Son High School for the Gifted (Thanh Hoa); equipping computers for Hiep Cuong 1 Primary and Secondary School (Hung Yen); and building a 3-story school building for Quynh Thach Secondary School (Nghe An).

With a long-term vision, the company not only supports underprivileged students in overcoming difficulties but also focuses on investing in high-quality education, encouraging basic science, and cultivating intellectual human resources – a key factor in building a strong Vietnam in the new era.

This is also one of the practical social welfare activities aimed at celebrating the 15th anniversary of PVCFC's establishment (March 9, 2011 – March 9, 2026), affirming the journey of "Sustainable development linked with community responsibility".

For nearly 15 years, with its mission of "Nurturing bountiful harvests," PVCFC has continuously pioneered expanding its contributions through programs in education, healthcare, environment, and sustainable rural development. This is a long-term commitment to ensuring that every step the company takes is in line with the development of the country, the agricultural sector, and the future of the younger generation.
