Through on-site inspections at the Military Service Health Examination Councils in Quang Ninh province, the working delegation highly appreciated the preparation and organization of military service examinations in the province.

Accordingly, localities have stepped up propaganda and education work to raise awareness among cadres, party members and people, especially citizens of military service age, about their rights, obligations and responsibilities for the task of protecting the Fatherland; strictly manage the source of citizens of military age, grasp the background, moral qualities, education level of citizens and cases of temporary exemption and postponement, ensuring publicity and transparency in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Health Examination Council ensures adequate manpower, facilities, and equipment for the examination. The rate of citizens participating in the military service health examination is high; security and order during the health examination are well maintained.

The Regional Defense Commands have played a good role in guiding, inspecting, and supervising localities in implementing the military service health examination process. The military service health examination in Quang Ninh province took place from November 26 to December 26, with more than 9,400 citizens participating in the military service health examination.
