Thoroughly understanding Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought on the relationship between socio-economic development and national defense, security, and foreign affairs, In the context of Vietnam's increasingly deep integration into the international community, the entire Party, people, and armed forces must remain steadfast, possess correct understanding, be proactive, and promote the spirit of unity, resilience, will, and high determination in organizing and implementing the integration of socio-economic development with the consolidation and strengthening of national defense, security, and foreign relations. However, this is also a broad, complex, and difficult issue; many theoretical and practical issues still need further research and clarification to provide a basis for determining policies, formulating strategies, and organizing the implementation of the integration of socio-economic development with national defense, security, and foreign relations in Vietnam in the coming period.
