Accordingly, the Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee , Ha Sy Dong, acknowledged and highly appreciated the ideas of T&T Group and the consultants from Singapore (CPG Signature Consulting - Singapore). Mr. Ha Sy Dong stated that the planning idea for the Quang Tri Aviation - Logistics - Service - Trade and Airport City Industrial Complex is appropriate, aiming to maximize the potential advantages of the locality, and agreed with the planning ideas proposed by T&T Group and the Singaporean consultants.

Regarding the scope of the planning study, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province agreed on the Quang Tri Airport Urban Planning plan of about 3,400 hectares, including urban areas - trade services - logistics - semiconductor industry and high-tech industries as the core to develop each level according to a suitable radius, forming an aviation industrial complex ecosystem of about 7,000 hectares with strong connectivity, oriented to open space to develop into a complex of regional and international scale.

The Acting Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee requested T&T Group and its consulting unit to incorporate the opinions of provincial leaders and departments to review the current land use situation and finalize the planning scheme and ideas.

Regarding the planning of the Nhan Coi area, it is necessary to study expansion to the south, closely following the Hieu River and Thach Han River (the section passing through Gio Linh district), and to the east, studying its proximity to the coastal road connecting the East-West economic corridor to create room for expanding the planning space. Simultaneously, it is necessary to study the inclusion of the entire area into the Southeast Economic Zone and to consider removing areas that are difficult to impact development from the plan to ensure consistency.

Mr. Ha Sy Dong instructed the Economic Zone Management Board to take the lead in coordinating with T&T Group and CPG Consulting to urgently finalize the plan and planning ideas for the Quang Tri Aviation - Logistics - Service - Trade and Airport City Industrial Complex and report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration, and then report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for approval in February 2025. He also requested research to add the planned area of ​​the Complex to the Southeast Economic Zone to ensure that the core of the plan is entirely within this economic zone.
