According to the provisions of Article 6 of Circular No. 30/2020/TT-BYT dated December 31, 2020, health insurance participants can go to district-level hospitals that have signed health insurance medical examination and treatment contracts in Hanoi (medical examination and treatment facilities equivalent to the facility registered for initial medical examination and treatment on the health insurance card) for medical examination and treatment.
And the patient must complete all medical examination and treatment procedures under health insurance (present health insurance card, photo identification and proof of residence in Hanoi). At that time, the patient will be paid 100% of the medical examination and treatment costs by the health insurance fund within the scope of payment of the health insurance fund and the benefit level stated on the health insurance card (including both outpatient and inpatient).
