The publication, published by VOV in collaboration with the Truth National Political Publishing House, inherits the book “70 years of Voice of Vietnam (1945 - 2015)” and adds many new documents, images, and stories for the period 2015 - 2025. With nearly 500 pages, the book focuses on three main contents: recreating the tradition of 80 years of construction and development; reflecting the attachment and dedication of many generations of cadres, reporters, and technicians; and strategic orientation in the digital age.

Journalist Vu Duy, a member of the editorial board, said the book retains the basic content of the previous edition, while adding a section called “Echoes of the Voice of Vietnam”, which gathers opinions from Party and State leaders, artists, intellectuals, and the public at home and abroad about VOV. In particular, the yearbook section integrates a QR code to allow readers to look up additional documents, while the section “Uncle Ho’s Stories with the Voice of Vietnam” is carefully compiled, reflecting his deep affection and concern for the station.

According to VOV Deputy General Director Pham Manh Hung, at every important moment of the country, there is the companionship and reflection of the Voice of Vietnam. He affirmed that the book is a tribute to those who have been attached to the "Voice of the Nation", and at the same time contributes to honoring the role of VOV in the revolutionary cause and the 100-year history of Vietnam's revolutionary press.
Each page of the book not only contains events and images, but also contains memories and emotions, helping readers clearly visualize the 80-year process of steadfastness, accompanying the nation. The publication also inspires the younger generation, who will continue the broadcasting career, contributing to affirming the position of VOV in the new period.
The book is published in paper and online versions.
