No waiting, no calling, no searching for documents – citizens simply type questions into the system such as: “Maternity leave eligibility requirements in 2025?” or “What documents are needed for workforce reduction?”… The AI-integrated virtual assistant system will respond within 15 seconds, along with legal documents and detailed instructions.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Director of the Social Insurance Region XV, directed the units to implement and operate the Virtual Assistant tool at the industry meeting.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dong - Director of the Social Insurance Region XV, said: "No need to make phone calls, search for documents, or discuss and agree with different specialized departments; no need to worry about misunderstanding regulations. Virtual assistants help officials, civil servants, employees in the industry, and even citizens and businesses proactively access policies without encountering language barriers."

The system will become increasingly sophisticated through regular interaction with officials, citizens, and businesses, while also being updated and supplemented with all necessary and relevant data. In the future, we will continue to gradually research and develop AI tools to perform some tasks such as supporting organizations and individuals who have signed contracts with the Social Insurance agency and developing participants through Zalo, Facebook, and websites.”

Initially, to serve professional needs and meet the requirements for consulting support and receiving applications under the two-tiered local government model, the Virtual Assistant application will focus on assisting in answering questions related to administrative procedures and Q&A on policies and regulations for staff at commune-level public administrative centers.

In particular, the system currently integrates nearly 100 specialized documents on social insurance and health insurance that are in effect. When a new document is available, staff only need to upload it, and the AI ​​system will automatically read, understand, and update it within 5 seconds.

The virtual assistant helps reduce pressure when advising over the phone and increases the efficiency of receiving and processing documents during peak times.”
