Three traffic light systems will be built on Le Thanh Tong Street, Dong Ha City.

Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien has just signed a decision approving the project to handle and fix some potential black spots for traffic accidents on Le Thanh Tong Street, from Ham Nghi Street to National Highway 9, Dong Ha City with a total estimated budget of 3.6 billion VND.

Accordingly, investment will be made to build new traffic light systems at three intersections: the intersection of Le Thanh Tong Street - Ham Nghi Street; the intersection of Le Thanh Tong Street - Nguyen Du Street; and the intersection of Le Thanh Tong Street - Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street.

At the same time, invest in building 6 new lighting poles at the intersection of Le Thanh Tong and Nguyen Dinh Chieu streets. Thereby contributing to the completion of the urban traffic system and reducing traffic accidents.

Investment capital is drawn from the central budget to support the implementation of traffic safety tasks in 2024. Implementation period is from 2024-2025.
