After days of waiting, and following the coverage by Dan Tri newspaper , the compensation for students and volunteers participating in the A80 event has begun to be paid by the relevant organizations who have contacted them to confirm their information.
On the evening of December 3rd, a student from the Central University of Arts Education stated that the university had obtained their bank account information to transfer payment for participating in the A80 event that afternoon.
Similarly, another student at the University of Theatre and Film also stated that the school plans to send money to students this week. The list of participating students and their bank account numbers had been collected beforehand.
The students refused to provide further information because they "feared the school would be tarnished."
A student on the volunteer team at the A80 event said that the Hanoi Youth Union had taken their name from the list to receive their allowance yesterday afternoon.
This student (who wishes to remain anonymous and not mention their university) shared that before volunteering at A80, they were informed they would receive a daily allowance of 100,000 VND. This allowance was for volunteers working as soft barriers and security personnel, under the direction and management of the Hanoi Youth Union.
However, after the ceremony ended, students only received promotional vouchers to buy drinks online.
"It wasn't until recently, when the A80 allowance issue heated up, that we asked each other and found out that volunteers like us at various schools hadn't received the support funds yet," the student said.
On December 3rd, students unexpectedly received information forms for the City Youth Union to finalize the list of recipients of the stipend.
"We might receive the money in the next one or two days, as initially announced," the students expressed.

Regarding the specific amount of compensation for each group of students, the payment procedures, and the disbursement schedule, a reporter from Dan Tri newspaper attempted to contact the unit responsible for mobilizing and organizing the students participating in the artistic formation and several universities whose students participated in A80 to gather information, but received no response.
