Son La: Improving the effectiveness of State management at the grassroots level

The Department of Education and Training of Son La province has just organized a training conference and provided professional guidance to officials and civil servants of communes and wards in the province in the field of State management.

Within the framework of the Conference, delegates were trained in depth on 10 important topics. The training program was designed to provide timely and comprehensive guidance on the contents of State management of the Department of Education and Training.

This ensures that the task implementation process is smooth, effective, and uninterrupted when implementing administrative unit arrangement and implementing the 2-level local government model.

The important goal of the Conference is also to answer, guide, and resolve difficulties and problems that communes and wards are facing in performing State management tasks and resolving administrative procedures within the scope and functions of the Department of Education and Training.

Through the training session, the Department of Education and Training also hopes to continue to improve and enhance the administrative reform index and the index measuring the satisfaction of people, organizations and businesses with the services of State administrative agencies according to the functions and tasks of the Education sector.

The training program content is assessed as practical, effective, can be immediately applied to the implementation and performance of tasks in communes and wards and is suitable for the training subjects.

After this training course, 100% of participating commune and ward officials and civil servants are expected to grasp and apply the knowledge they have learned to the actual work process at the grassroots level, contributing to improving the quality of public services and people's satisfaction.
