Tam Ky organizes calligraphy art contest in response to the Su flower festival

(QNO) - This morning, April 6th, at the communal courtyard of Huong Tra village (Hoa Huong ward), the Tam Ky City Literature and Arts Association inaugurated the calligraphy art competition "The Soul of Vietnamese Characters". This activity is part of the "Tam Ky - Sưa Flower Season 2024" festival.

According to the organizers, the competition attracted 30 contestants, the majority of whom were teachers from schools in Tam Ky City. With the theme "Love and Life," contestants wrote calligraphy directly on paper using pens and ink provided by the organizers.

Mr. Pham Thong, Chairman of the Tam Ky City Literature and Arts Association, said that this is the first time the competition has been organized, both as an activity to celebrate the "Tam Ky - Sưa Flower Season 2024" festival and to create a playground for calligraphy enthusiasts to express themselves.

The winning works will be displayed at the "Tam Ky - Sưa Flower Season 2024" festival.
