Donated more than 271,000 textbooks to schools damaged by storms and floods in Gia Lai

On December 4, the Vietnam Education Publishing House coordinated with the Department of Education and Training of Gia Lai province to donate textbooks from grades 1 to 12 to primary, secondary and high schools damaged by storm No. 13 and recent floods in Gia Lai province.

Specifically, the Vietnam Education Publishing House donated 271,161 textbooks, worth more than VND3.8 billion, to schools. This is the largest-scale and most valuable support ever in the textbook support program for students in disaster areas of the Vietnam Education Publishing House.

Implementing the program to support textbooks for students affected by storms and floods in 2025, recently, in Khanh Hoa province, Vietnam Education Publishing House and its member units organized the first round of book donations with a total value of over 4 billion VND.

On this occasion, Binh Dinh Book and Equipment Joint Stock Company - a member unit of Vietnam Education Publishing House also donated books to school libraries in Gia Lai province with a total value of 100 million VND, contributing to supplementing learning materials and improving the quality of education for the locality.
