Intensive training on People's Public Security Professional Records in 2025

On August 21, the Ministry of Public Security held a conference to implement Circular 44/2025 regulating the work of People's Public Security Professional Records. The conference was not only an opportunity to disseminate new regulations but also emphasized the key role of the professional records force in protecting national security, fighting crime and serving the people.

Attending and chairing the event were Lieutenant General Ngo Thi Hoang Yen - Director of the Department of Professional Records, Ministry of Public Security ; Major General Truong Minh Duong - Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police and 260 delegates from the Departments of Professional Records of the Ministry of Public Security, the Police of Southern provinces and the People's Police Schools.
The conference was also attended by more than 50 commune police chiefs of Lam Dong province.

In her opening speech, Lieutenant General Ngo Thi Hoang Yen emphasized: Professional records work has a particularly important role, both as a scientific professional work, overseeing and closely associated with the activities of the People's Public Security force, and as a state management tool of the industry, with combat, confidentiality, science and legality.

In his welcoming speech, Major General Truong Minh Duong expressed his honor that Lam Dong was chosen as the venue for this important conference. The Provincial Police Director introduced Lam Dong province with its potential for tourism, agriculture and mining. At the same time, he pointed out the challenges in social management and ensuring security and order. He emphasized: Professional records work is a heavy task, from reviewing, urging to handing over records management at the commune and provincial levels, and thanked the Ministry of Public Security for issuing timely guidance documents such as Circular 44/2025, Instructions 440 and 441.

The conference emphasized promoting digital transformation, perfecting the professional database system and building the records force into an information center with a vision to 2030.

Specific instructions on online registration of records contribute to administrative reform and support for remote areas.

Colonel Nguyen Tuong Vu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented commendation decisions of Lam Dong Provincial Police to individuals.

On this occasion, the Conference implemented the commendation decisions of the Minister of Public Security for 10 collectives and 7 individuals with outstanding achievements in professional records work. Lam Dong Provincial Police commended 13 collectives and 18 individuals in the Provincial Police.

The conference took place over 2 days (August 21-22) at the headquarters of Lam Dong Provincial Police.
