The motto is to use community agricultural extension groups as the core to train and disseminate this knowledge to businesses, cooperatives, and rice-growing households in the province. The aim is to gradually shift from traditional direct training methods to the application of digital technology and digital transformation, creating opportunities for more households to access and participate anytime, anywhere, and reducing costs.
