Tay Ninh promotes the implementation of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies.

The People's Committee of Tay Ninh province requests the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, socio-political organizations, departments, branches, central agencies located in the area, and the People's Committees of communes and wards to strengthen the implementation of social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI) and unemployment insurance (UI) policies.

According to the plan, the Steering Committee for the implementation of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies at all levels will proactively advise the Party Committee and the government on solutions to expand coverage. Specific goals: By the end of 2025, strive to have 45% of the working-age workforce participating in social insurance; 35% participating in unemployment insurance; and 95% of the population participating in health insurance.

By the end of 2030, the targets will increase to 60% of the working-age workforce participating in social insurance; 45% participating in unemployment insurance and 97% of the population participating in health insurance.

The Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches, units and enterprises in the area to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance, Law on Health Insurance, Law on Employment, Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene and related documents.

At the same time, coordinate with the Social Insurance agency to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance, aiming at the goal of expanding sustainable coverage.

In addition, the province assigned the Social Insurance to coordinate with the Education sector to ensure 100% of students participate in health insurance; the Department of Health directed medical facilities to provide enough medicine and supplies in the health insurance list; and promote the application of VssID and VNeID in medical examination and treatment management and insurance payments.

Communes and wards proactively balance budgets and mobilize social resources to support the purchase of health insurance cards for students, freelance workers, poor and near-poor households; the Fatherland Front and organizations mobilize social resources to purchase health insurance cards for the disadvantaged.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested to strengthen inspection and promptly handle acts of evasion, late payment, fraud, and profiteering from insurance funds; the Provincial Police coordinated to verify and ensure "correct, sufficient, clean, and live" population data to serve management work./.
