The trips to “see with your own eyes and hear with your own ears” and the contacts with all classes of people, and when he returns to Hanoi, he has the opportunity to discuss with a number of senior leaders - are the basis for him to have a comprehensive perspective and approach, to understand more deeply the strategic and important issues of the country in the new period - the issues that are fundamental to development”.
