These trips, where he sees and hears firsthand, interacts with various segments of the population, and upon returning to Hanoi, has the opportunity to exchange views with some high-ranking leaders – these experiences have given him a comprehensive perspective and approach, deepening his understanding of the strategic and important issues of the country in the new era – issues that are fundamental to development.”
