THACO AUTO held a conference to deploy the production, business and management plan for 2025.

On January 18th, at the Sales Gallery Hall in Thu Duc City, THACO AUTO held a conference to implement its production, business, and management plan for 2025. The conference aimed to evaluate the results achieved in 2024 and to propose strategies, implement plans, and further improve management practices in 2025.

The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba ​​Duong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO, Mr. Nguyen Hung Minh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO, Mr. Pham Van Tai - General Director of THACO, Ms. Nguyen Thien My - Standing Vice Chairman of THACO AUTO, Mr. Nguyen Quang Bao - General Director of THACO AUTO; Leaders of THACO's Management Departments; and more than 550 leaders and potential personnel at all levels of THACO AUTO and its affiliated units.

Ms. Nguyen Thien My - Standing Vice President of THACO AUTO, delivered the opening remarks at the conference.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thien My, Permanent Vice President of THACO AUTO, stated: “2025 is a pivotal year, of significant importance, marking a strong transformation in THACO AUTO's sustainable development process, along with both opportunities and challenges. THACO AUTO needs to proactively manage its production and business operations, focus on governance, and strengthen its personnel structure to meet strategic goals and requirements in the new phase.”

In addition, the THACO AUTO leadership team also presented the following: the strategy and management orientation for 2025 and up to 2027 of THACO AUTO; and the implementation of the production, business and management plan for 2025 of the Business Units, Production Units, THACO AUTO Northern and Southern regions.

Mr. Tran Ba ​​Duong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO, delivered a speech at the Conference.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Ba ​​Duong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO, stated: “2025 marks the third year of implementing the multi-industry strategy and the 5-year plan (2023-2027), during which THACO will restructure and transform into a multi-industry corporation. THACO AUTO is the key and pioneering member corporation responsible for automobile production and business operations. THACO AUTO needs to continue to improve its management system by standardizing key regulations and procedures in production, business, and management activities, in order to ensure stable and transparent operation, minimize risks, and contribute to sustainable development.”

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO emphasized that THACO AUTO needs to focus on developing its human resources. Each employee must have a solid grasp of expertise, product knowledge, discipline, technique and creativity to create products and services that meet the increasing demands of customers according to the production and business strategy.

“Inheriting the foundation of industrial management, production and business activities at THACO AUTO must be integrated and complementary internally, as well as with other member corporations of THACO; at the same time, management must be standardized according to the motto “combination creates advantage, specialization leads to efficiency”, aiming to bring business efficiency to THACO AUTO in particular and THACO in general, thereby increasing the value delivered to customers,” the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO added.

On this occasion, THACO AUTO awarded outstanding individuals and teams in 2024, thereby encouraging employees and departments/units to strive to successfully complete their assigned tasks.

From January 20-23, 2025, the entire THACO AUTO system, from the THACO AUTO Executive Office to its affiliated units, will hold meetings to implement the 2025 Production, Business and Management Plan so that employees understand and correctly perform their functions and duties at their respective units.
