On August 29th, according to information from Tra Vinh University (TVU), the university has just had three more engineering majors achieve international accreditation from ABET (USA), including: Construction Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, and Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology.

As of August 2025, Tra Vinh University has a total of 27 training programs accredited by FIBAA (Europe), AUN-QA (Southeast Asia), and ABET (USA), contributing to placing the university among the top universities in the Mekong Delta with the most internationally accredited programs.
Specifically, there are 11 programs that meet FIBAA standards, including: Business Administration, Economics , Law, Accounting, Finance - Banking, Sports Management, Office Management, Master of Business Administration, Master of Economic Management, Master of Health Management, and Master of Educational Management.
Twelve programs have achieved AUN-QA accreditation, including: Agriculture, Aquaculture, Veterinary Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy, Khmer Language, Food Technology, Master of Culture, Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, and English Language.
Four programs have achieved ABET accreditation: Information Technology (previously accredited) and the three newly accredited programs mentioned above.
