The bulletin of the Hydrometeorological Station of the Northern Delta and Midlands said that from noon and afternoon of February 11, Hanoi will have less clouds, sunshine, and increased temperatures, with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 20 to 22 degrees Celsius, and in the city center from 21 to 23 degrees Celsius.

In the next 10 days, from February 12 to 20, the temperature at night and early morning in Hanoi will generally be 16 - 18 degrees Celsius, and at noon and in the afternoon it will be 20 - 24 degrees Celsius. The weather will be warmer, favorable for farmers to go to the fields to sow spring rice.

According to the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the progress of water supply for the 2025 Spring crop in the city is still being carried out according to the plan. The area of ​​rice fields with enough water for production has reached more than 80% of the plan for the whole crop.

Taking advantage of favorable weather, since the Lunar New Year 2025, local people have actively gone to the fields to plow the land and sow rice. To date, farmers have planted more than 35% of the total spring rice area.

To ensure the progress of the 2025 Spring crop within the time frame, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is continuing to coordinate with localities to mobilize and guide farmers to go to the fields for production; striving to sow and plant the entire Spring rice area in February 2025.
