Reclaiming nearly 290 hectares of land to build 2 urban areas and a golf course in Hai Duong City

Accordingly, the People's Council of Hai Duong province approved the recovery of more than 2,602 hectares of land to implement 428 projects and works in the province. Of which, Hai Duong city has the largest area of ​​recovered land with nearly 564 hectares of recovered land to implement 48 projects and works.

The two largest projects are the Lien Hong New Urban Area and Golf Course Project in Lien Hong Commune (recovering 127.2 hectares) and the Mixed Urban Area Project east of Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue (recovering 162 hectares).

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council also allowed the change of use purpose of more than 1,847 hectares of rice land and 7.73 hectares of production forest land to implement 446 projects and works in the province.
