NDO - On the morning of November 18, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh   Attending the National Great Unity Festival of the inter-residential areas of Sa De Phin, Hat Ho, Sang Phin, Mao Sao Phin villages of Sa De Phin commune, Sin Ho district, Lai Chau province.
Joining the festival were Party Central Committee members: Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Vice President, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Minister, Chairman of the Ethnic Committee Hau A Lenh; Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lai Chau Province Giang Pao My; leaders of ministries, branches, central and local agencies.
