Mr. Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, holds the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Tran Duc Thang holds the position of Minister of Agriculture and Environment. Mr. Do Thanh Binh holds the position of Minister of Home Affairs .

With nearly 40 years of experience, as Minister of Home Affairs, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra has made positive contributions to the work of building the organizational apparatus, building the team of cadres and civil servants, especially in the recent revolution of "rearranging the country" and operating the two-level local government. This is also the first time the Government has a female Deputy Prime Minister.
Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung has 35 years of working experience; trained and matured in a land rich in tradition. Before becoming the new Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary, he made many important contributions to the development of Binh Dinh province.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung is a senior Party leader with 43 years of service. He is well-trained and has extensive experience in diplomacy (State diplomacy, Party foreign affairs, Party work abroad) and strategic advisory work for the Party Central Committee; always demonstrating an exemplary spirit, dedication, and all for the common work.
Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang has more than 30 years of experience, holding various positions both at the central and local levels. Before returning to the central level, as Secretary of the former Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, he contributed to making Hai Duong a province in the high growth group, ranking 11th in the country in terms of economic scale by 2024.
Minister of Home Affairs Do Thanh Binh is an official with nearly 40 years of working experience, having held many important leadership positions in the former Kien Giang province, before becoming Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee from January 2025. He has made many contributions to making the former Kien Giang province one of the key economic regions of the Mekong Delta.
Huge workload, higher requirements
Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that this term of the Government is a very special one, with many difficulties and challenges in almost all areas. The situation in the country, the region and the world is volatile, complicated and unpredictable. The workload is very large, each year is heavier than the previous year, with higher requirements, while there are many changes in the Government leadership team and members.
The Prime Minister affirmed that there is not much time left from now until the end of the year, the amount of work to be completed is still very large, requiring high quality and ensuring timely progress, the tasks set for the Government are still extremely heavy.
In particular, priority is given to promoting growth, maintaining macroeconomic stability, controlling inflation, and ensuring major balances of the economy. Striving for GDP growth of 8.3 - 8.5% in 2025 and sustainable double-digit growth in the coming years...
