Currently, Vietnam identifies digital transformation as the central driving force of socio -economic development, with three pillars: Digital Government, Digital Economy and Digital Society. This is also the area in which Vietnam wishes to expand cooperation and learn from European partners’ experiences in responsible and sustainable digital technology development./.
