The Hoa Nhon dry port and logistics center construction project covers an area of 23.4 hectares and is located in Ba Na commune. Its boundaries are as follows: the north and northeast borders are adjacent to the access road along the southern bypass of the Hai Van tunnel; the west and northwest borders are adjacent to the Hoa Vang Logistics Service Center; the east borders the road leading into the residential area of Ba Na commune; and the south borders the residential area of Ba Na commune.
The project aims to invest in and construct the Hoa Nhon inland port combined with a logistics center in Ba Na commune, serving functional areas within the city and surrounding areas, effectively connecting with the Central Vietnam key economic region and the East-West economic corridor, contributing to the economic and social development of the city.
The products and services provided after the project's completion include a logistics center, distribution hub, loading and unloading services, and multimodal transportation of goods for industrial zones and seaports in the region; warehousing and storage services; customs clearance services; and other logistics services…
The planned construction scope includes a warehousing system, loading and unloading equipment, technical infrastructure, and supporting facilities. Investment capital will come from the investor's contributions and other legally raised funds. The project's operating period is 50 years.
The method of selecting investors is through simultaneous approval of the investment policy and approval of the investor, without auctioning land use rights or bidding for investor selection. The deadline for submitting project registration documents is within 7 days from September 23, 2025 (from September 23, 2025 to September 30, 2025).
According to the Department of Finance, interested investors wishing to register for the Hoa Nhon dry port and logistics center construction project commit to bearing all costs and risks if the project is not approved; and are also legally responsible for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of the documents and applications submitted to competent state agencies.
