In 2024, VNGGames released 17 games in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian and South Asian markets, covering a diverse range of themes and genres. Total installations for the year reached 50 million, concentrated in prominent markets such as the United States, Japan, India, and Canada.As of the end of Q3 2024, total bookings for the game segment reached VND 5,606 billion, of which 26% were from international markets. More than 77 million users are playing VNGGames' games regularly each quarter.Strengthening cooperation with global partners: In 2024, VNGGames will continue to expand cooperation with leading names in the global game industry, consolidating its position as a leading game publisher in the region. Specifically, in August 2024, VNGGames officially announced a joint venture with NCSOFT - a leading South Korean role-playing game corporation - called NCV Games, exclusively publishing NCSOFT's popular role-playing games throughout the Southeast Asian market; VNGGames also collaborated with Roblox Corporation, officially publishing the Roblox - VNG game exclusively, aiming to build a creative and safe gaming community in Vietnam. In the eSports sector, VNGGames will collaborate with the giant Riot Games to implement a League of Legends (LoL) eSports plan in 2025, aiming for a large-scale LoL tournament across the Asia- Pacific region, bringing together top teams from the region, including Vietnam. According to official statistics, the Vietnamese gaming industry has surpassed $500 million in revenue, ranking 5th in Southeast Asia. More than half of Vietnam's population has access to gaming entertainment. According to the Ministry of Information and Communications , the goal is for the Vietnamese gaming industry to reach $1 billion in revenue by 2030.
