Zalopay and SATRA strengthen cooperation

In December 2024, the dynamic Zalopay QR code will be launched at SATRA stores nationwide, marking the grand opening of the key SATRA Vo Van Kiet Shopping Center project.

Specifically, with the dynamic Zalopay QR code, each transaction will display a payment code with the exact value corresponding to the invoice, shortening payment time and eliminating errors as customers do not have to manually enter the amount. In addition, units within the SATRA retail system will easily manage cash flow, reconcile revenue, and increase operational efficiency. Especially, customers can also choose the source of funds… Payment and financial solutions on the Zalopay application, such as Postpaid Accounts or Installment Payments, also contribute to giving SATRA customers more convenient and flexible payment options.

In the near future, Zalopay and SATRA will deploy a Soundbox system at checkout counters, allowing customers to easily monitor the payment process and minimize transaction errors. Simultaneously, to leverage the advantages of e-commerce, Satramart and Satrafoods' online sales channels will also operate directly on Zalopay and Zalo, ensuring a convenient and simple shopping experience for users. Zalopay's diverse financial ecosystem and AI technology are expected to support SATRA in optimizing operational activities, reducing costs, and increasing accuracy in payment and reconciliation processes. At the strategic partnership signing ceremony at SATRA Vo Van Kiet Shopping Center on October 30th, Zalopay also introduced its partners to comprehensive financial tools, commercial solutions, communication, and advertising solutions to support businesses in effectively caring for and interacting with customers, thereby increasing customer reach and revenue.
