Leaders from the Provincial Youth Union, Bai Dinh Pagoda, and local authorities visited and inquired about the situation of households in Binh An village (Lac Van commune, Nho Quan district).

Sharing in the difficulties faced by the households, the Provincial Youth Union and Bai Dinh Pagoda donated 250 boxes of water, 400 boxes of milk, 152 boxes of crispy rice, 135 boxes of dried food, and 100 life jackets to the people in the flooded villages and hamlets of Nho Quan and Gia Vien districts, with a total value of nearly 300 million VND.

Earlier, on the morning of September 11th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with Bai Dinh Pagoda, Tam Chuc Pagoda, and Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise, organized four working groups to visit the provinces of Yen Bai , Lao Cai, Lang Son, and Bac Giang.

The working groups, led by members of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, transported 30 rescue boats, over 20 tons of essential supplies (water, milk, rice crackers, dried food, instant noodles, bread, etc.), 1,200 life jackets, and boat drivers, ready to provide additional support and contribute to ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.

Thus, on September 11th alone, the youth of Ninh Binh coordinated with various units to mobilize resources totaling over 1.4 billion VND to support people in flood-affected areas both within and outside the province.

In the coming days, the provincial Youth Union branches will continue to mobilize resources and organize delegations to directly deliver essential supplies to households isolated in the flood-affected areas of the province. At the same time, they will actively mobilize members to support functional forces in rescue and relief efforts. This will maximize the spirit of initiative and volunteerism, helping to minimize the damage caused by Typhoon No. 3 and sharing love with people in flood-stricken areas.
