Participating in the "Beautiful Sisters Riding the Waves" program, Quynh Nga impressed with her dedicated performances. After being eliminated, the singer has now been included in the group of beautiful women who have been "revived," preparing to return to the program.
Speaking to VTC News reporters, Quynh Nga frankly stated that she didn't set any goals when she accepted the role of "the beautiful lady." The singer and actress herself admitted that she "gained more than she lost" from participating in the program.
- Recently, the organizers of the program "Beautiful Sister Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves" announced that you were on the list of beautiful sisters who were "revived". How do you feel?
I'm so happy that being eliminated and then "revived" means the audience still wants to see me back on the show. Returning to the program, I hope to be able to do everything I want in the upcoming performance.
Of course, I was mentally prepared to give my all, whether I made it to the next round or not; it was a really fun performance anyway.
Quynh Nga belongs to the group of beautiful women who have recently been "revived".
- What preparations are you making for your upcoming performance now that you've been "revived"?
I don't know yet what I'll be performing in the upcoming show. I also know that the rematch round isn't as simple as the previous shows; there will be a knockout round against members of other groups.
I'm very nervous, not knowing what everyone's choices will be. Even I, knowing the tracklist and the members of the revived group, am curious and worried about how everyone will divide the songs.
- The program is facing some mixed opinions from viewers. Many people believe that the criteria for eliminating the contestants are unfair. As someone who participated in the program and was also eliminated, what are your thoughts on this?
I participated in the program with a fairly cheerful and relaxed attitude. Of course, I was sad when I was eliminated, but considering my journey in "Beautiful Sisters Riding the Waves ," I feel I've already delivered very fulfilling performances.
As for dissenting opinions, I think any program will have them. Sometimes, things don't go exactly as we want them to, so let's try to look at it from a positive perspective.
Quynh Nga shared: "I feel that I have already delivered very fulfilling performances."
- Before the show started, you were involved in a controversy when you spoke out to encourage voting, and then you were eliminated quite early. Do you regret participating in "Beautiful Women Riding the Waves"?
It's true that I also encountered some unexpected things while participating in the program. But I think the best thing about "Beautiful Women Riding the Waves" is that it provides an opportunity for beautiful women to connect with each other.
Without this program, if these beautiful ladies met at shows or events, they would probably only greet each other politely. But after participating in the program, everyone became much closer.
Through sharing experiences, tears, and laughter, everyone will understand each other better. That is the greatest meaning the program brings to the women.
Through the program, the audience will also get to know more about the female artists. I myself have overcome many challenges that I probably wouldn't have known I had if I hadn't participated in the program, so I think the journey I've had in "Beautiful Sisters Riding the Waves" has been very fulfilling.
Quynh Nga is satisfied with her journey in "Beautiful Sister Riding the Waves".
- You see the show as a journey connecting beautiful women, so who impressed you the most?
The person who impressed me the most was Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc. Before participating in the program, I had never met or interacted with her, but I thought it would be very difficult for her to get along with everyone.
However, it was only after participating in the program that I realized she was an extremely lovely and sociable girl. We quickly became close friends. I hope that after the "Beautiful Sisters Riding the Waves" program ends, I will have many more opportunities to collaborate with Ngoc.
Besides Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc, I was also particularly impressed with Trang Phap. She's petite but always full of energy and very talented.
- Many people believe that television game shows are too noisy, full of scandals, and have a significant negative impact on the image of the participating artists. What are your thoughts on this?
I actually think game shows are really fun. They're fun because they're "real." There's not much staging or scripting in game shows; people can express themselves.
Of course, when participating in a game show, we have to accept that things won't always go as planned. But since I'm on the show, I've decided to just be myself, and how the audience judges me is up to them.
Quỳnh Nga was particularly impressed with Ninh Dương Lan Ngọc and Trang Pháp.
- What are your expectations for participating in this program?
As I said, I joined the program with the mindset of "having nothing to lose." I'm not a very famous person, so even if I get eliminated early, I won't lose anything.
On the contrary, I gained so much from participating in the program: I made more close friends, found more people who love me, and got to stand on a big stage with a strong team behind me.
With that mindset, I think the longer I can stay with the program, the better. If I have to stop at the very first episodes, that's perfectly normal because perhaps that's just my fate with the program.
I don't set any expectations about what I have to achieve or how far I have to go because there are so many talented people in the show. In any program, there will be people eliminated and people who make it far; that's perfectly normal.
After this show, if I receive any more invitations to participate in other game shows, I will still accept them, because I love having fun!
