The contest took place for nearly 2 months, from August 19, 2023 to October 10, 2023. The Organizing Committee received 41 entries, corresponding to 41/134 OCOP recognized products of 26/50 participating OCOP product owners and posted on the fanpage "OCOP Ninh Thuan Products". According to statistics on the fanpage, the contest had 5,763 votes; the number of shares was 1,921. The voting subjects were civil servants, public employees, union members, members of the armed forces, workers, retired cadres and the People. In general, the entries complied with the Contest Rules, most of which were associated with "Product Stories" or messages introducing OCOP products, briefly, concisely, and fully conveying information about the product to the community.
Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee visited the province's OCOP booths.
As a result, the Organizing Committee judged and awarded 17 prizes for the most popular OCOP products and 4 prizes for the participants who won the online contest "Voting for the most popular OCOP products of Ninh Thuan province".
Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, presented the award for the product loved by consumers to Canh Dong Viet Food Joint Stock Company.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Van Binh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized that through the contest, the current status of OCOP products has been reflected in a very diverse and creative form and the message of "Product Story" has been conveyed to all classes of people. Thereby, contributing to creating an increasingly high "trust in Vietnamese products" among the people of the province and helping consumers and distributors identify and clearly distinguish OCOP products of Ninh Thuan province from other products in the process of connecting trade and consuming products. In addition, the Contest also contributes to inspiring, motivating, and encouraging the start-up movement associated with the development of OCOP products, promoting the history and traditional culture of Ninh Thuan; creating a unique beauty and realizing the goal of transforming the mindset from "prioritizing" to "trusting" Vietnamese products in the coming time.
