The symbol at Tam Giang intersection was built on the existing traffic island. The scale of the architectural plan prepared by the architectural consultant is consistent with the scale, nature and planning orientation of the area. Previously, the symbol was installed at this intersection in 2019 but was damaged and collapsed due to the recent storm No. 3 ( Yagi ).

The symbolic works at these two intersections have a total expected investment of more than 14 billion VND from the city budget and other legal capital sources.

According to the Hai Duong City Basic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the investor is currently preparing procedures to compete for the symbolic architectural design.

The project is expected to be completed by May 2025.
