Holiday season of travel, cuisine , shopping
As part of a series of activities to promote tourism in Tan Dinh Ward and Ho Chi Minh City in 2025, on December 6, the People's Committee of Tan Dinh Ward coordinated with Vietluxtour Travel Company (Vietluxtour) to announce and officially open for sale the typical tourism product "Cultural Experience - Tan Dinh Imprint".
The event marks an important milestone in Vietluxtour's strategy to develop the "New Era Vietnam" product line, as well as realizing the effort to renew Ho Chi Minh City urban tourism in an in-depth and sustainable direction.

Tan Dinh is considered a peaceful space amidst the bustling urban life, a place that preserves the city's heritage, beliefs, architecture and culinary values that have existed for centuries.
The tour “Cultural Experience - Tan Dinh Imprint” is not simply a sightseeing trip, but is designed as a delicate cultural “slice”, with a half-day tour.
Joining this tour, domestic and foreign tourists can experience destinations including Tan Dinh Church (Pink Church); Tran Hung Dao Temple; Ngoc Hoang Pagoda (Phuoc Hai Tu); Tan Dinh Market; Banh Xeo 46A Dinh Cong Trang (Michelin culinary quintessence).
Mr. Tran The Dung, General Director of Vietluxtour Travel Company, said that the product "Cultural Experience - Tan Dinh Imprint" is not just a tour, but also tells the story of Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City in a profound way.
The core product message is “Go close - to understand deeply. Go to a ward - to see a whole city”.
In particular, to ensure high-quality service consistent with the brand positioning, Vietluxtour commits to operating the tour "Cultural Experience - Tan Dinh Imprint" according to 4 standards: Experience; safety and civilization; identity; sustainability.
This product is expected to attract a diverse range of customers, from international tourists looking for an “authentic Saigon”, domestic tourists who love culture, to city residents who want to rediscover old memories.
Meanwhile, joining the bustling atmosphere of the 5th Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Week in 2025, the People's Committee of An Dong Ward coordinated with Cho Lon Ward and Cho Quan Ward to organize the 3rd Cho Lon Food Festival - Food Story in 2025, from December 5-7.
With the theme “Fragrance and Colors of Five Flavors,” this year’s Festival brings together more than 300 dishes from dozens of famous restaurants, eateries, and specialty businesses of the three wards.
Here, visitors can enjoy famous Chinese dishes such as roasted duck with honey sauce, Chaozhou satay noodles, duck stewed with Chinese herbs; or exquisite Chinese cakes such as chive cakes, radish cakes, black sesame sweet soup... and learn about the cultural story behind each dish.
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of An Dong Ward, Nguyen Xuan Thanh, said that through tourism and trade stimulus events, the locality hopes to bring residents and visitors a diverse culinary experience, gathering many delicious dishes typical of the Vietnamese and Chinese communities in the Cho Lon area, Ho Chi Minh City.
This is also an opportunity for restaurants and eateries to promote their brands, introduce products, and contribute to positioning the brand "Delicious Food District 5", thereby elevating the area to become a "Culinary and Tourist Destination" of Ho Chi Minh City in the near future.
Government-business linkage model
Cooperation with 168 wards, communes and special zones of Ho Chi Minh City and strategic media partners is considered a concrete action to realize the commitment of the tourism-travel business community, not only to develop the tourism economy, but also to preserve heritage, build a civilized tourism environment, and improve the quality of life for the people.
This is also a pioneering step to link business activities with social responsibility, contributing to the overall development of the city's tourism industry in a green, sustainable and creative direction.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Chairwoman of the Board of Members of Saigon Tourist Corporation (Saigontourist Group) shared: “To reach the world, Vietnamese tourism needs to originate from deep connections and close companionship. Through the participation of representatives of 168 wards, communes and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City, the event strengthens the connection and cooperation between businesses - authorities - local communities in developing tourism in a sustainable, green and innovative direction.”
From a local perspective, Ms. Do Thi Anh Tuyet, Vice Chairwoman of Tan Dinh Ward People's Committee, said that building and developing typical tourism products is an important activity in the effort to exploit local potential advantages, contributing to promoting tourism into a key economic sector of the locality in particular and Ho Chi Minh City in general.
Specifically, Tan Dinh Ward has destinations that have the advantage of exploiting the locality's unique itinerary and the tour "Cultural Experience - Tan Dinh Imprint" is a product built and developed in the direction of experience, interaction, and exploration of history, culture, and cuisine.
In the coming time, Tan Dinh Ward hopes to receive support from departments and agencies, coordination from the business community and local people, to introduce some new tourism products.
Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung emphasized that the 5th Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Week in 2025 affirms the City's determination to strongly restore the tourism industry, introducing a new, more open, younger, and more connected Ho Chi Minh City.
The city hopes to create a vibrant experiential space, spreading the festive spirit and stimulating tourism, trade and cuisine at the end of the year.
The city also aims to select 168 local representatives to become cultural-tourism content creators, introducing cultural values, destinations, typical products and identities of each region.
Mr. Dung suggested that the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism continue to coordinate with departments, branches, People's Committees of 168 wards, communes and special zones to continue to improve and develop typical tourism products, enhance the attractiveness of destinations and the professionalism of services.
Along with that, the units actively implemented the Communication Cooperation Program, promoted the image of 168 wards, communes and special zones on digital platforms, increased the application of technology, promoted digital transformation to help people and tourists access information quickly, conveniently and experience increasingly better services./.
