The 5 names honored as martyrs are not their real names, but are the titles that their comrades gave them with all their respect. They fought bravely and fell in the Kenh Te River during the second phase of the Mau Than Spring 1968 general offensive and uprising. Because the 5 martyrs of the Le Thi Rieng female commando battalion have no relatives, the "The Fatherland's gratitude" certificate will be placed solemnly at the city's Martyrs' Cemetery.
