Here, the delegation, co-chaired by Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan - Commander of Naval Region 4 and Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh - Political Commissar of Naval Region 4, held a ceremony to offer incense at the Gac Ma Memorial and the Cam Ranh Memorial for Martyrs and Political Prisoners, expressing profound respect and gratitude to the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives for the cause of protecting the sacred sovereignty of the nation's seas and islands, especially in Truong Sa.

The delegation from the Regional Command and its subordinate agencies and units also presented 107 gifts, totaling 220 million VND from internal resources and the "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund, to policy beneficiaries, soldiers suffering from serious or long-term illnesses, and soldiers who passed away in 2025. In addition, the unit also donated 50 gifts to families in particularly difficult circumstances in the area where it is stationed and presented a house of compassion with a total value of over 80 million VND.

These activities demonstrate the principle of "drinking water, remembering the source," contributing to encouraging, sharing, and helping families, officers, and soldiers overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives; at the same time, strengthening the solidarity between the military and the people, and enhancing the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - the Navy's warriors" in the hearts of the people.

This series of activities has profound socio-political significance, contributing to fostering pride, strengthening the resolve, will, and responsibility of officers and soldiers in the cause of firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland's seas and islands and the heroic Cam Ranh base.
