Gratitude to those who have dedicated and sacrificed for beloved Truong Sa

Practically commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Naval Region 4 (October 26, 1975 - October 26, 2025), on October 23, in Bac Cam Ranh ward, Khanh Hoa province, the Naval Region 4 Command organized a series of very meaningful activities to pay tribute to those who have devoted and sacrificed everything for the beloved Truong Sa.

Here, the working delegation, co-chaired by Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan - Commander of Naval Region 4 and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh - Political Commissar of Naval Region 4, held an incense offering ceremony at Gac Ma Memorial and Cam Ranh Martyrs and Political Prisoners Memorial, expressing their respect and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland, especially in Truong Sa.

The delegation of the Regional Command and its affiliated agencies and units also presented 107 gifts, with a total value of 220 million VND from internal resources and the "Repaying gratitude" Fund to policy beneficiaries, soldiers with serious illnesses, long-term illnesses and soldiers who passed away in 2025. In addition, the unit also presented 50 gifts to families with especially difficult circumstances in the stationed area and presented a gratitude house with a total value of more than 80 million VND.

The above activities demonstrate the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", contributing to encouraging, sharing, helping families, officers and soldiers overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives; at the same time, strengthening the solidarity between the army and the people, beautifying the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers" in the hearts of the people.
