Deploying tasks to coordinate the organization of the music program The music of ABBA

On October 4, the Department of Culture and Sports held a conference to deploy tasks to coordinate the organization of the music program "The music of ABBA". Attending the conference were leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.

According to the Department of Culture and Sports: Along with Hoi An city (Quang Nam province), Ninh Binh city (Ninh Binh province) is the second unit selected by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the tour "The music of ABBA". In Ninh Binh, the program will held one night only at 8pm, October 11 at Dinh Tien Hoang De Square. The audience is free to come and enjoy the music night.

ABBA's music is very familiar to Vietnamese audiences, especially the immortal song "Happy New Year". As one of the activities within the framework of the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Sweden, the concert "The Music of ABBA" will be an opportunity for Vietnamese audiences in general, and Ninh Binh audiences in particular, to directly enjoy the melodies of legendary songs.

ARRIVAL is a band that specializes in singing ABBA music, funded by Sweden to become the most complete version of ABBA. They will also be the main performers of ABBA's songs in the program "The music of ABBA" held in Vietnam.

The music night is expected to welcome a large audience, so with the task of the focal unit, the leader of the Department of Culture and Sports has deployed a number of key tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to relevant departments and branches to jointly organize and implement. Specifically, the Provincial Police ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting at the program's location; the Department of Health arranges ambulances and medical staff on duty at the music program's location; the Department of Information and Communications, Ninh Binh Newspaper, Ninh Binh Radio and Television conduct propaganda about the music program and diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Sweden; Ninh Binh Electricity Company Limited ensures power supply throughout the event; Ninh Binh City People's Committee ensures environmental sanitation, urban planning and other conditions...

The Provincial People's Committee requires coordination between units to be synchronous and active so that music programs with foreign elements ensure that they follow the program's content, comply with current regulations and leave a good impression on artists and audiences.
