Deployment of coordination tasks for the organization of the music program The music of ABBA

On October 4th, the Department of Culture and Sports held a conference to discuss the implementation of tasks related to the organization of the "The Music of ABBA" music program. Leaders from several relevant departments and agencies attended the conference.

ABBA's music is very familiar to Vietnamese audiences, especially the timeless classic "Happy New Year". As part of the activities celebrating 55 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Sweden, the "The Music of ABBA" concert will be an opportunity for Vietnamese audiences in general, and those in Ninh Binh province in particular, to directly enjoy the melodies of these legendary songs.

ARRIVAL is a band specializing in ABBA music, invested in by Sweden to become the most complete version of ABBA. They will also be the main performers of ABBA songs in the "The Music of ABBA" program held in Vietnam.

The concert is expected to attract a large audience, therefore, as the coordinating unit, the Department of Culture and Sports has implemented several key tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to relevant departments and agencies for joint organization and execution. Specifically, the Provincial Police will ensure security, order, and fire prevention at the event venue; the Department of Health will arrange ambulances and medical personnel on duty at the music program venue; the Department of Information and Communications, Ninh Binh Newspaper, and Ninh Binh Radio and Television Station will carry out publicity about the music program and diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Sweden; Ninh Binh Power Company Limited will ensure electricity supply throughout the event; and the Ninh Binh City People's Committee will ensure environmental sanitation, urban beautification, and other necessary conditions…

The Provincial People's Committee requires synchronized and proactive coordination among units to ensure that music programs with foreign elements adhere to the program's content, comply with current regulations, and leave a positive impression on artists and audiences.
