In Dushanbe, the U.23 Vietnam team was arranged by the host country's organizing committee to stay at the Atlas Hotel, located about 15 minutes by bus from the airport and less than 10 km from the stadium.

After settling down in Dushanbe, the team will start their first training session this afternoon. As head coach Philippe Troussier is currently in charge of the Vietnamese team in two matches against Indonesia in the second qualifying round of the 2026 World Cup (first leg on March 21 at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, second leg on March 26 at My Dinh Stadium), assistant coach Moulay Lahsen was assigned to take charge of the Vietnamese U23 team during the training and competition period in Tajikistan. Accompanying assistant coach Moulay Lahsen are assistant coach Truong Dinh Luat, goalkeeper coach Ngo Viet Trung, analyst Le Minh Dung, medical staff, caregivers and logistics staff.
