As a regular visitor to the Cho Lon food festival, Ms. Le Thi Chinh (67 years old) comes very early every year. She said that this year the scale is much more grand: "Every year I come before the festival has even opened. Although many stalls are not ready yet, I already see that it is very full and colorful." At the event, she and her daughter tried dim sum, banh xeo, vegetable noodles... and every dish was worth experiencing.
For Ms. Phuong Tang (33 years old), currently living in Canada and visiting family in Vietnam, the festival is an opportunity for her and her friends to try many different dishes without having to travel to many places. She likes the investment in the decoration of the stalls, especially the "eye-catching" dishes.

Attending the event, she enjoyed milk tea, Taiwanese-style beef steak and many other dishes in the bustling atmosphere of the festival. "Everyone should leave room to try many dishes because they all look beautiful and delicious. Going in groups is more fun because we can share more food," said Ms. Tang.
At the Baoz Dimsum stall, Mr. Quang Nhuan (33 years old), the stall manager, said that the staff arrived very early to clean the stall and serve customers. The stall's best-selling dishes include wontons, crab meatballs, salted egg buns, steamed chicken feet with soy sauce, char siu buns, etc. Among them, the dish "Lychee Kim Sa" - dim sum balls shaped like lychees with fresh shrimp and salted egg filling, attracts many diners thanks to its unique appearance.

Mr. Nhuan shared that maintaining food hygiene and safety is always a top priority when selling at the festival. "I always have to ensure that the booth is clean to bring a satisfying experience to diners. During office hours, the number of customers is still quite modest, so I hope the event will attract more people and the weekends will be more crowded," he said.

The festival arranges spacious table and chair areas to serve diners with on-site dining.
