Dismantling firecracker production and trading ring
(CLO) On December 18, information from Thanh Hoa Police said that the authorities had just dismantled a firecracker production and trading ring from Hai Duong , Hung Yen and Hai Phong provinces to Thanh Hoa for consumption, arrested 5 subjects, seized 115 kg of various types of firecrackers and many tools for illegal firecracker production.
