The delegation visited Mrs. Bui Ngoc Anh (also known as Bui Thi Hieu Thao, residing in Binh Dong ward, a resistance fighter who was exposed to chemical toxins).

Ms. Anh is the Party Branch Secretary of the neighborhood, and has been honored as an outstanding Party Branch Secretary at the city level. For many years, she has been a role model for "Good people, good deeds". Her family has always strictly adhered to the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State.
Next, the delegation visited Mr. Tran Van Dung (residing in Phu Dinh ward, a disabled veteran of category 1/4). He was formerly the Chairman of the Association of the Blind in District 8 (formerly), and has made many contributions to the association's work and caring for vulnerable people.

In Chánh Hưng ward, the delegation visited Mr. Phạm Văn Tân, a disabled veteran of category 1/4, and Mr. Phạm Ngọc Ân, a pre-revolution cadre.
The families of these two gentlemen have always been exemplary, serving as role models in the local community. In particular, Mr. Pham Ngoc An regularly participates in charitable work and actively campaigns to care for the poor in the area.

At each place he visited, Lieutenant General Mai Hoang expressed his deep gratitude for the immense contributions and noble sacrifices of wounded soldiers, veteran revolutionary cadres, and those who contributed to the cause of national liberation, defense of the Fatherland, and nation-building.


Lieutenant General Mai Hoang cordially visited and wished the wounded veterans and pre-revolution cadres good health, longevity, and continued contributions to the locality. He also encouraged them to continue being shining examples for their descendants to follow, and a source of spiritual support for the Party Committee, government, and people of the city.
According to the Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police, the sacrifices and contributions of these veterans are shining symbols of patriotism and national spirit. The Party Committee, government, and people of Ho Chi Minh City always remember and cherish these contributions, considering them a valuable foundation for continuing to build a city that is increasingly developed and compassionate. Ho Chi Minh City will continue to promote activities of gratitude and always do a good job of repaying kindness in the future.
