Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee attended the opening ceremony of the Ethnic Boarding School

On the morning of September 5, the Ethnic Boarding School (Ham Thang Ward, Lam Dong) held the Opening Ceremony of the new school year 2025 - 2026. Comrade Vo Thanh Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department attended and shared joy with teachers and students of the school.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the whole school has nearly 937 students studying in 28 classes, of which 327 students are admitted to grade 10, most of whom are ethnic minority students from the southeastern region of the province.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the school achieved many outstanding results: The quality of comprehensive education was improved, the rate of good and excellent students increased by more than 11% compared to the previous year; good and excellent training results increased. The rate of students moving up to the next grade reached 99.89%, 100% of grade 12 students passed high school graduation.

On this occasion, comrade Vo Thanh Binh and representatives of sponsors awarded 37 scholarships to poor students who have overcome difficulties, giving them more motivation to take firm steps in the new school year.

At the Opening Ceremony, the school and delegates attended the Opening Ceremony broadcast live on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television according to the opening program of the Ministry of Education and Training held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Ministry of Education and Training and open the new school year 2025 - 2026. This is the first time that all educational institutions across the country saluted the flag and sang the National Anthem at the same time in the Opening Ceremony of the new school year 2025-2026.
