Pham Thai Son, Director of the Admissions and Communications Center of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, said that HUIT AI chatbot was developed by the University's Digital Transformation Institute. After more than 6 months of testing, the HUIT chatbot AI system has increased the accuracy of answering questions in the initial recognition layer to over 95%. In addition, this "virtual" assistant is supplemented with data from the admissions handbook, student handbook for the years 2020-2025, a Q&A system with more than 10,000 actual questions from candidates, tools to retrieve information from the school's admissions documents and on the internet...
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoan, Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, said that it is expected that in the third and fourth quarters of 2025, HUIT chatbot AI version 2 will be deployed.
