Accordingly, the leader of the National Economics University said that the school has thoroughly instructed "absolutely not to teach online for regular universities ", and requested heads of faculties, institutes, and departments to thoroughly inform all lecturers of this directive.

At the same time, heads of faculties, institutes and departments remind lecturers to seriously carry out teaching work according to the school's schedule, timetable and training plan to ensure teaching quality.

In the document, the leaders of the National Economics University also requested the Inspection and Legal Department (National Economics University) to regularly inspect. If online teaching is discovered for regular universities , it is necessary to report to the school leaders and propose handling measures.

Speaking to Thanh Nien Newspaper, Associate Professor Bui Duc Trieu, Head of Training Department, National Economics University, said that the school currently has no specific regulations or instructions on online teaching. Therefore, the issuance of the above document is to avoid spontaneous online teaching activities (affecting the quality of teaching).

It is known that according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, in the form of regular training and work-study, universities are allowed to conduct a maximum of 30% of the total training program volume through online classes.

However, according to Thanh Nien Newspaper, many universities are quite cautious about organizing online teaching because they are worried about not ensuring the quality of training. Some schools have only implemented online teaching in a pilot form. Students also said that they prefer to take lessons where lecturers use chalk and blackboards rather than lecturers presenting slides or teaching online.
