Horse racing track in Lam Dong forced to be dismantled due to misuse of 6,400 square meters of land

On October 5th, the People's Committee of Da Huoai district issued a decision to impose an administrative fine of 80 million VND on Thien Ma - Madagui Horse Racing Joint Stock Company in Hamlet 4, Da Oai commune, owned by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc My, for violations in the field of land use.

Accordingly, Thien Ma - Madagui Company was fined for illegally converting over 6,400 square meters of agricultural land to other purposes. On this land, the company constructed numerous horse racing track structures, including brick walls, cement foundations, steel frames, corrugated iron roofs, and fences, at 16 locations.

In addition to being fined, Thien Ma - Madagui Company must restore the land to its original condition. This includes demolishing and removing the structures built on the more than 6,400 square meters of agricultural land that was illegally converted.
