Horse racing track in Lam Dong forced to be dismantled due to misuse of 6,400 square meters of land

On October 5, the People's Committee of Da Huoai district has just decided to impose an administrative fine in the field of land against Thien Ma - Madagui Horse Racing Joint Stock Company in village 4, Da Oai commune, owned by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc My, with the amount of 80 million VND.

Accordingly, Thien Ma - Madagui Company was fined for arbitrarily converting over 6,400 square meters of agricultural land to other purposes in violation of regulations. With the above area, this enterprise built many items and horse racing track structures, such as brick walls, cement floors, steel frames, corrugated iron roofs, and fences at 16 locations.

In addition to being fined, Thien Ma - Madagui Company must restore the land to its original condition. This includes demolishing and removing the structures built on the more than 6,400 square meters of agricultural land that was illegally converted.
