In its early years, the school faced numerous difficulties and challenges in all aspects, including a lack of facilities and students having to study at school locations in remote villages. Today, the school's facilities and equipment have been significantly improved, ensuring optimal conditions for teaching, learning, and comprehensive educational activities. The quality of teaching has continuously improved, making it a trusted institution and a place where local people place their trust.
From a difficult and deprived situation, the school has always received close guidance from the Ba Thuoc District Department of Education and Training, the attention of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dien Quang commune, and thanks to effective social mobilization and the trust and support of parents, Dien Quang Kindergarten has now been built in a spacious and airy manner, ensuring the conditions for teaching, learning, and comprehensive educational activities. The school has a well-maintained and clean classroom and garden system, built solidly and spaciously, providing coolness in summer and warmth in winter, and has all the necessary functional rooms to serve teaching and learning.

In the 2022-2023 academic year, the school had a total of 38 teachers and staff members. The teaching staff and employees possess good moral character, a healthy lifestyle, a sense of responsibility, and love and respect for the students. To date, 100% of the school's teachers have professional qualifications that meet or exceed the required standards.
Driven by a love for their profession and affection for children, the teaching staff and employees work tirelessly to improve themselves and strive for high achievements in teaching. The school also participates in activities aimed at enhancing the quality of childcare and education, such as district-level competitions for making teaching aids and toys. In the 2022-2023 school year, the school had 14 innovative teaching methods that were evaluated by the school-level innovation council. Five innovative teaching methods were evaluated by the district-level innovation council, with four of them selected to participate at the provincial level.

In the 2022-2023 school year, the school had 17 groups/classes with 250 students. To ensure parents feel secure entrusting their children to the school, the school's management always invests in and focuses on improving the children's diet, helping them acquire necessary skills while ensuring proper nutrition and promoting height and weight development. Every year, the school collaborates with the commune's health station to organize regular check-ups for the children. Simultaneously, efforts are intensified to enroll children of the appropriate age, contributing positively to the completion of universal preschool education for 5-year-olds.
Alongside childcare and education, and investment in equipment, the school's management board consistently implements democratic principles within the school, regularly engaging with information technology. As a result, 100% of teachers are proficient in using computers and applying them to nurturing, caring for, and educating children, constantly innovating teaching and learning methods.

Notably, in May 2023, Dien Quang Kindergarten was honored to be recognized as a National Standard Kindergarten, Level 1.
