Tran Cao Van High School celebrates its 70th anniversary

DNO - Today, September 2, Tran Cao Van High School (Tam Ky ward, Da Nang city) solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate its 70th anniversary (1955 - 2025).

Attending the ceremony were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Vo Cong Chanh; Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Nam Hung; Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Quang Buu and many generations of teachers and students of the school.

Tran Cao Van High School is considered the oldest school in the old Tam Ky city (now Tam Ky commune), associated with the tradition of studiousness of the Quang land.

In the 1955-1956 school year, the school opened its first class under the name Tam Ky Public High School; a year later it was officially named Tran Cao Van High School. After many changes of location, the school has now become a symbol of the movement of good teaching - good learning , training many generations of successful students.

During 70 years of construction and development, tens of thousands of students of the school have grown up, making important contributions to the development of their homeland and country. With outstanding achievements, Tran Cao Van High School has been honored to receive the Emulation Flag of the Government , the Second and Third Class Labor Medals and many other noble awards.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh praised the great achievements of Tran Cao Van High School over the past 70 years.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized that in the context of the country promoting fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, schools need to continue to focus on training high-quality human resources with knowledge and personality to meet the requirements of integration and development.
