In its final working week, the National Assembly will pass the amended Social Insurance Law.

During the final working week (June 24-29, 2024) of the 7th Session, the National Assembly voted to pass several Laws and Resolutions.

According to the program, the laws voted on and passed by the National Assembly include: the Law on the Organization of People's Courts (amended); the Law on Social Insurance (amended); the Law on Roads; the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Auction of Assets; the Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization; the Law on the Capital City (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Guarding; the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, the Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, the Real Estate Business Law No. 29/2023/QH15, and the Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15.

The resolutions passed by the National Assembly during the final week of the 7th session were: the Resolution on approving the State budget settlement for 2022; and the Resolution approving the accession document of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans- Pacific Partnership Agreement (CPTPP).

Resolutions of the National Assembly on piloting the addition of some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province; Resolutions of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government and piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city;

Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy for the construction project of the North-South Expressway (Western section) from Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) to Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc).

During the final working week of the 7th Session, from June 24-29, 2024, the National Assembly voted to approve many important issues.

The National Assembly also voted to approve: the Resolution on the National Marine Spatial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; and the Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision of "the implementation of Resolution No. 43 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies supporting the socio-economic recovery and development program and the resolutions of the National Assembly on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023".

Resolution on interpellation and answers to interpellation; Resolution of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly (including content on adjusting the investment policy of the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030 and reducing value-added tax).

According to the program, during the working week, the National Assembly will discuss the following draft laws: Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended); Law on Value Added Tax (amended); Law on Notarization (amended); Law on Cultural Heritage (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Pharmaceuticals; Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue; Law on People's Air Defense; Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Geology and Minerals .
