Responsibility for the community

In recent days, the working atmosphere of Que Phuoc commune's youth union members has been lively and urgent. In residential areas, each group of union members guides people to declare, supplement and compare information in land records. In addition, the youth union members also promote propaganda so that people understand the meaning and purpose of data standardization, thereby proactively coordinating to provide accurate and complete information.

Mr. Tran Van Don (member of Tu Nhu village, Que Phuoc commune) said that the job seems simple but requires meticulousness and high precision.

“At first, we were quite confused when approaching the forms and implementation process, but with the guidance of professional staff, things gradually became easier. On average, we can support people to declare and update more than 70 data forms per day; helping people to declare more conveniently and ensuring the transparency and clarity of land records,” said Mr. Don.

Thanks to the support of young people, many people feel more secure in the process of adjusting land information.

Mr. Ho Ngoc Xuan My (Dong An village) shared: “Previously, my family had many plots of land but did not know where the documents were missing. Now, with the guidance of the youth union members to supplement the boundaries and plot numbers, everything is clearer. The children work enthusiastically, helping people do things that everyone found difficult before.”

According to Mr. Nguyen Dinh An, Secretary of Que Phuoc Commune Youth Union, implementing the direction of the Party Committee and the Commune People's Committee, the Youth Union has established 4 shock teams with 40 members knowledgeable in information technology to support data entry, review and propaganda on land data cleaning work.

“This is not only a political task but also a volunteer activity with profound social significance. Que Phuoc youth wish to contribute to building a modern administration to better serve the people,” Mr. An shared.

Ms. Tao Thi To Diem, Chairwoman of Que Phuoc Commune People's Committee, said that the locality has promoted propaganda on loudspeaker systems, social networks and electronic information portals, helping people understand the process of declaring and updating land information. Officials and organizations directly guide and support the records, contributing to building an accurate database, effectively serving the management work. To date, the commune has completed more than 2,000 records.

In the coming time, the commune will continue to establish 9 more working groups, mobilize all cadres and civil servants to go to the village, speed up the progress of the "land data cleaning" campaign, and strive to complete it before October 30, 2025.

“With a spirit of initiative and responsibility, local youth union members are a bridge between the government and the people, contributing to saving time, improving the quality and accuracy of data, moving towards a modern and transparent land management system,” Ms. Diem affirmed.

Pioneering digital transformation

With good access to technology, the union members not only provide technical support but also act as a bridge to help people understand, agree and proactively implement the State's policies. In Nong Son commune, the movement is deployed synchronously and creatively with the model "Voluntary Saturday for clean data".

The commune union mobilized union members who were young cadres and teachers to participate in data entry and map verification; every weekend, dozens of union members gathered at the commune headquarters, divided into groups in charge of each village to speed up progress.

Union member Ho Thi Thao said that when participating in supporting people to clean up land data, young people directly support writing applications, completing procedures for extracting and registering for red books. At the same time, they guide people to access technology, use smartphones to install applications such as Zalo OA of the commune, VNeID, VssID...

“This is an opportunity for us to practice digital skills, both helping people and learning new knowledge,” said Ms. Thao.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tam (Trung Nam village, Nong Son commune) shared: “Thanks to the support of the Youth Union members who came to the village, we, the elderly, have been greatly helped. They have not only compared and recorded information in the records, but also guided us in installing the application that integrates citizen identification and social insurance. Thanks to that, we have a better understanding of our land records and know how to use digital utilities.”

At the same time, Nong Son youth actively support people in the process of digital population transformation. Every day, union members are assigned to 16 village cultural houses to guide people in standardizing information, integrating health insurance, driver's licenses, chip-embedded citizen identification cards... into the VNeID electronic identification application.

Mr. Tran Vu Ngoc, Secretary of Nong Son Commune Youth Union, said that with the motto of going to each village and supporting each person, the Commune Youth Union maintains regular support points to ensure that all people can use VNeID, no one is left behind in the digital transformation process. Up to now, Nong Son Commune has completed the collection of Land Use Rights Certificates and Citizen Identification Cards in 16/16 villages, with more than 3,770 updated forms, ensuring progress and high efficiency.

"This activity is not only professional but also helps union members practice digital skills, demonstrating the vanguard spirit and responsibility of youth in the national digital transformation process," said Mr. Ngoc.
