Tuyen Quang continues to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of agencies, units, and organizations within the political system.

Of these, 25 are from the Party sector and 145 are from the government sector. Accordingly, there are 11 leaders and managers under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, 117 civil servants, and the rest are public employees and contract workers.

In the coming period, the province will continue to promote and strengthen the dissemination and thorough understanding of the Party's guidelines and regulations, and the State's laws; effectively carry out political and ideological work, creating high unity within the Party and the political system, and consensus among the people regarding the revolution to streamline the organizational structure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of agencies, units, and organizations within the political system.

At the same time, strengthen leadership and guidance, and implement inspection, auditing, and supervision of compliance with regulations on organizational restructuring and personnel reduction. Assign responsibility to the heads of organizations, agencies, and units for implementing organizational restructuring, personnel reduction, and restructuring and improving the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
