When Phan Van Duc's name was announced, nearly a thousand children aged 7 to 15 crowded the C 7D Pham Hung football field complex, cheering excitedly. Many clapped and danced enthusiastically to welcome the 28-year-old national football player. In response, Phan Van Duc raised both hands, bowed, and thanked the young players. The national team's number 20 then went onto the stage and proceeded to shake hands with each child, signing autographs on their shirts. The highlight was when Duc presented medals to the winning team and awarded the championship trophies to the top teams in each age group.

Sharing his experience of being in Ho Chi Minh City just one day after winning the National Super Cup with Hanoi Police FC, Duc "Cot" said: "I've long been impressed with these community football festivals and accepted the invitation from Mr. Dang Phuc, a master of physical education and former player of Hoang Anh Gia Lai, who is very passionate about creating a playground for young players. So after the National Super Cup match ended, I took advantage of my day off to be here with the desire to ignite the passion for community football.
